Who is Michael Graves?

Michael Graves is one of the most influential names in architecture and product design. An inspiring talent, Graves has made his mark with a refreshing design approach.

Graves believes in making good design accessible to all, and creates everything from playful kitchen gadgetry to elegant timepieces to grand, innovative architecture. And his resume doesn’t stop there. Graves’ vision can be experienced around the world, but closer to home, he was instrumental in the restoration of the Washington Monument, as well as the key designer of the Team Disney headquarters in Burbank, California.

Throughout his career, Graves has been awarded numerous honors, including the Gold Medal from the American Institute of Architects and the National Medal of Arts from the President of the United States.
